Toula
Toula is an industrial town of Russia, located at 193 km in the south of Moscow, on the edges of Oupa, therefore in the European part of the country.
History
The city was rested by princes de Souzdal at the 12th century. Toula became one of the fortresses of the Moscovie under Vassili III. It is currently the capital of the Oblast de Toula.

Economy
Located at the center of the Muscovite coal basin, Toula is close to iron layers making of the city a metallurgical center as from 16th century. Toula shelters manufacturers of agricultural machinery and articles of hardware. Pierre Large the made there build a factory of weapons in 1712. Today the Toulski Oroujeïny Zavod () manufactures weapons considered for civil uses and soldiers under mark TOZ and employs: 6000 people with Toula.
Transport
The joint grid system of Toula is partly ensured by of Renault Pr100/Pr180 and Heuliez Gx107 like by Per180h trolley buses. Two Saviem Sc10u, a Mercedes/Heuliez 0305 and two Heuliez Gx44 also compose the network of Toula. All the buses were sold with the network of Toula between 1999 and 2003. Others drunk sold by French networks will arrive between 2004 and 2005.
