Total yield

The Total Yield is a Economic indicator.

Total yield = Market rate X Rate of effectiveness X Rates of products in conformity

Market rate: percentage of the time of use during which the machine really functioned

Rate of effectiveness: percentage materialized by the report/ratio of effective time over the up time

Rates of products in conformity: percentage representing the share of products in conformity of the first blow on the full number of product passed on the line or the machine (for example a product isolated and passed by again on a machine counts for 2)

= C/B * D/C * E/B

where C: real market rate (without the stops machines, breakdowns, startings, makes an attempt…)

and b: ratio utilization (without the obligatory and programmed stops, pauses, preventive, change produced…)

and D: effective time (without idle run, lowers speed, microphone-stops…)

and E: time production conforms of the first blow (without isolated and reprocessed quantities)
