Total temporary incapacity
A total work incapacity is one period during which a person is inapt physically to exert any community activity. Being specified that this concept of I.T.T exists even for the people not being gainfully employed.
The compensation must in theory repair the loss of resources or the expenses generated by the stop of activity.

For the employees, the evaluation is relatively simple and is based on the pay slips former to the accident.

For the housewife, the compensation selected is in general equal to SMIC.
- For the pensioners, a compensation lower than the SMIC is generally retained.
- For the students, it is generally retained an allowance between 325 and 460 euros per month.
