Total management of water

One often speaks to preserve nature and particularly the Water resources.

Normally the Pluie S are collected by the Végétation which takes the quantity necessary to their growth and the remainder infiltrates more or less deeply or streams.

More and more, the human activities modified vegetable fabric, by reducing the share of Infiltration and by increasing the Ruissellement (by the drainage of the grounds, in particular). There is another manner of seeing the things, it is to say that the Climate warming ( total warming ) comes from the human activity and not only from the Greenhouse effect and of carbon dioxide. In other words the phenomenon will continue. Another manner of seeing the things is to say that this heating is not serious if one stops the Surexploitation underground Sheets of water. Because it is the draining of the grounds which modifies the climate and not the reverse.
