Torsion testiculaire
Traumatism during which the Spermatic cord connecting one of the Testicules to the remainder of the genital Tractus male undergoes a torsion. This causes a Ischémie testicle associated with a very violent pain, sometimes responsible for nauseas and faintnesses. The torsion of the testicle, which often touches the teenager and the young man, is a surgical urgency (6 hours). The consequences can be dramatic. If torsion is severe and if it is not treated in time, there is a risk of died of the Testicule by Nécrose.
