Torrente, El brazo tonto of the ley ( the insane arm of the law ) is a Spanish film left in 1998 written and carried out by Santiago Segura, first of the series of the Torente.

Synopsis

Jose Luis Torrente is a ex-police officer machist, racist, pro-Franco and coarse. By accident he discovers a drug trafficking which it manages to dismantle with young people of its district.
