A torrent is a River of Montagne to the irregular flow. It can be of intermediate size, on the slopes, or relatively important, at the bottom of the valleys.

Description

A variable Area water collecting of size, vast zone where rivers meet, gives rise to a Trough which constitutes the torrent itself. It follows the slope of the mountain, and disperses in a valley in a Alluvial cone where settle the rock Sédiment S and material snatches by the erosion.

The alive Flore in the trough is known as torrenticole. In the zones refrigerators, torrents rise directly from the cast iron of the ices. Some exist only in spring and in summer.
