Torre de Moncorvo
Torre de Moncorvo is a municipality (in Portuguese: concelho or município ) of the Portugal, located in the District of Bragance and the Northern area.
Geography
Torre de Moncorvo is bordering:- in north, of Villa Flor, Alfândega da Fe and Mogadouro,
- in the east and south-east, of Freixo de Espada with Cinta,
- in south-west, of Villa Nova de Foz Côa,
- in the west, of Carrazeda de Ansiães.
History
The statute of municipality was granted by charter of the king Sanche II, in 1225.
