Toronto Peace Festival

The " Toronto Peace Festival is a festival of rock' roll revival, for peace, offered on September 13rd, 1969 to Varsity Stadium of the University of Toronto in front of a public of 10.000 spectators. All the largest representatives of the rock' roll occur there like Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, John Lennon and Gene Vincent as well as current groups like The Doors, Alice Cooper and Chicago

This festival will be immortalisé by one of the greatest figures of the pop cinema " D.A Pennebaker" and will be the subject of several film exits, which most known Sweet Toronto/Keep One is Rockin with the legendary service of John Lennon, the leader of the Beatles.
