Top-basins
The area Top-Basins is one of the 13 administrative areas of the Burkina Faso. It was created the July 2nd 2001 and had a Population of 1.232.891 inhabitants in 2002.
The capital of the area is Bobo Dioulasso.
It is made up of 3 provinces:
- Houet,
- Kénédougou,
- Tuy.
The Area of the Top-Basins is twinned with the Area Rhône Alpes (France)
