Ferrières is a common French, located in the department of the Tarn and the area the Midday-Pyrenees.

To the 16th century, whereas Lord Guilhot de Ferrières, chief of the Huguenots, were shown by the Papiste S to have relations with Satan, the consuls of Tool bags or Vabre addressed themselves to malignant so that it builds a bridge with Thessauliès. The Devil has little imagination: he claimed the heart of the first which would pass on the work. (See the article Bridge of the Devil.)

Guilhot had travelled and he advised with the consuls to accept.

The consuls laughed at it much, in the alcove. Their wives entrusted it to all their friends. Lucifer which arrived, the inflated pockets of rocks to establish the bridge, heard the chatter boxes. Courroucé, it emptied its pockets on the slope and taken leave of Sidobriens. The stones rolled, in fall, and formed the " poutsado dal Diablé" (the pocket of the Devil).
