Tony Miles

Tony Miles is a player of failures British, born on April 23rd 1955 and deceased on November 12th 2001.

In 1971, it finishes second of the championship of the world junior. It becomes GMI in 1976 following the tournament of Dubna in the USSR. Nonconformist and suffering of a beginning of paranoia, it has serious quarrels with his Federation. He exiles himself one year in the United States, then share for Australia before returning to Birmingham where he devotes himself to the teaching of the failures.

Its eccentricity in the life was found on the chess-board, by the frequent practice of rare openings.
