Tony Brooks (born the February 25th 1932 with Dukinfield, Cheshire) is a racing driver English of Formule 1 which disputed the championship of the world between 1956 and 1961.
Winner of 6 disputed Grands Prix out of 38, it carries out his best season in 1959 when it finishes vice-champion of the world behind Jack Brabham. After a career filled well which will have seen it controlling for modest like Connaught or prestigious marks such as Ferrari, Cooper and Vanwall, it takes its retirement in 1961.
