Tony Ashton

Edward Anthony Ashton was a British Claviériste of Rock born on March 1st 1946 with Blackburn, Lancashire (England) and deceased the May 28th 2001.

Biography

Tony Ashton gains his fame into 1971 within the Ashton, Gardner & Dyke at the exit of individual the Resurrection Shuffle (3rd with the hit-parade).

Ashton takes part in the last formation of Family which records the album It' S Only has Movie in 1973.

Ashton forms then the trio Paice, Ashton & Lord when Ian Paice and Jon Lord leaves Deep Purple.

Tony Ashton dies of cancer in 2001 at the 55 years age.
