Tonkatsu
The tonkatsu (とんかつ or 豚カツ) is a Japanese dish containing breaded and fried pig. It is accompanied by a thick sauce, as well as cabbage Chinese thin slice and of mustard.
He was invented in the Années 1930, and became since one of the dishes most popular in Japan.
