ToneLoc

ToneLoc is a automatic dialling unit of attack functioning on MS-DOS.

As the others automatic dialling units of attack , ToneLoc is a Logiciel which sweeps a series of numbers of Téléphone provided by the user in the search of another electronic device or a Communication network. When it finds an electronic device or a communication network, ToneLoc tries to reach it fraudulently by breaking the Password apparatus or network.

This software was written with the beginning of the year 1990 by two Programmeur S known under the Pseudonyme S of Minor Threat and Mucho Maas. The name ToneLoc is an abbreviation of the English words ton locator which mean locator of tonality . The name is also a Word game on the name of the artist Rap Tone Lōc.

The Source code of ToneLoc was made public on April 17th, 2005.
