Tommy Johnson, was a Chanteur, Guitariste of Blues American, born with Terry, the Mississippi, towards 1896, deceased with Springs, the Mississippi, on November 1st 1956.

Anecdote

Tommy Johnson was the first to tell this famous legend: one evening, whereas it was with a crossroads (crossroad), it met the devil there. It is the latter which learned how to him to sing and play the blues. This same history will be taken again then by Robert Johnson, and, will be evoked well later in the film O' Brother.
