Tom Lysiak

Tom Lysiak (born the April 22nd 1953 with High Prairie in Alberta) is a former player of professional Hockey which evolved/moved in the National league of hockey with the Flames of Atlanta and the Blackhawks of Chicago.

It was fished out by the Flames second on the whole RepĂȘchage amateur of the LNH 1973 of the Tigers de Medicine Hat, and by the Aeros of Houston 23e on the whole (2nd round) of the RepĂȘchage amateur of the AMH 1973.

Although having known a profitable career, one remembers unfortunately Lysiak especially for one of the most infamous incidents of the history of the LNH. The October 20th 1983, in a match against the Whalers de Hartford, Lysiak voluntarily hung a line judge - it deserved a suspension of 20 matches for this gesture.
