Tol Eressëa
In the imaginary world of J.R.R. Tolkien, Tol Eressëa is a large island from which the Mallorn comes (species of tree). The name of the island can be translated elfic language like " the Solitaire" Island; since it is with the right in the middle of the Belegaer, very far from the other continents.
Ulmo moved it twice to transport the Elfe S in Aman. Thereafter, it remained for eternity close to the east coast of this same continent in Bay of Eldamar and it was inhabited by the Teleri until they leave for Alqualondë.
At the end of the First Age, several of the Eldar exiled Ground of the Medium (as well as Teleri which had never left it) went in Aman and lived on the island of Tol Eressëa whose main city was Avallónë.
