Tobias Rogue is a character of fiction, created by the écrivaine JK Rowling in the series of books Harry Potter.

Tobias Rogue, a Moldu, is the father of Severus Rogue and the husband of Eileen Prince, a witch of Blood-pure. That made of Severus Rogue a half-caste. Tobias Rogue has a hooked nose and black hair. It is not very beautiful and appears violent to us in the memory of the Professor Rogue during the meetings of Occlumencie.
