To see in Limoges

The festival Lire in Limoges is a festival of the book which is held in the town of Limoges, each year enters at the end of March and at the beginning of April, during one weekend. It is installed not far from the Gare of the Benedictines, over Field-of-July.

Edition 2007

Edition 2007 was held from March 30th to April 1st, and accommodated approximately 250 writers and draftsmen among whom the actor Roger Hanin, the lawyer Gisele Halimi, the scenario writer Jean-Jacques Beineix, the draftsman Charb, the political personalities Roland Dumas, Edith Cresson and Jean-François Probst, the cyclist Raymond Poulidor, the TV hosts Catherine Laborde, Isabelle Alonso, Eve Ruggiéri and Jerome Bonaldi, the journalist Mémona Hintermann, other writers such Jean-François Kahn, Georges-Emmanuel Clancier, Janine Boissard, Gonzague Saint-Breaking, Alain Rey…
