Implementation is a taken again Anglicism of the language Turbo Pascal where the interfaces of the libraries were preceded by the heading " implementation" to mean the beginning of the declaration of the interfaces of the functions.

Since, it was taken again to indicate the implemented of a standard by means of libraries, it be-to say a compilation of functions making it possible to the programmers to be satisfied with a total knowledge of the standard other than the details of inner working.

The verb to implement exists in French language since its publication in the Official journal n°290 of the December 15th 2006.
