To have (sale)

See also: To have

A to have is a commercial document emitted by a Vendeur with a Acheteur, recognizing a debt with this last. The purchaser can put forward its to have near the salesman to obtain a good or a service of equivalent value. In certain cases, the purchaser can require a refunding against handing-over to have it.

One to have is often emitted by a salesman in the place of one refunding following the delivery of a defective product, or a delay of delivery compared to the conditions of sale on which the two parts had agreed. The purchaser can partly pay a new purchase using its having (and possibly the complement in cash if the amount to have it is lower than the amount of the purchase).

The opposite one to have is a Note of flow.
