Tizi Ougueni
Tizi-Ougueni is a village of the Petite Kabylie located in the Wilaya de Béjaïa in Algérie. Belonging to the commune of Adekar, the chief town of the village east H' Mo elected in 2004 and will not be it any more until 2008.

Geography
The village of Tizi-Ougueni is located at 55 km in the west of Béjaïa and to 70 km in the east of Tizi-Ouzou, it is at an altitude of approximately 830 meters compared to the sea level.

The village consists of several houses located on both sides of an inclined road, the village is composed of four districts:
- Tavelot, located at the extreme North.
- Têgnoukhim, located at North.
- Halaboueda, located at the Center.
- Inourêr, located at the South.
Population
The population of Tizi-Ougueni is approximately 500 inhabitants. The inhabitants of the village are savage defenders of “the amazighity” (or “berberity”) and speak the Kabyle about the Petite Kabylie.
Activities
Every summer takes place:

Of the tournaments of Football organized by the village where the inhabitants clash between them.
- Of the festivals occasional with an environment directed by the “D.J. Karim environment” and many singers: Bilal, Hakim, H' med and Karim called Farid Gaya.
- Harvests of fruits of summer (Fig, Pear, Grape…).
