The Tivoli Neu is a sports complex in the district of the Pradl to Innsbruck (Austria).

Sports complex

It is composed of several grounds of Football, of a Piscine discovered, sport hall and congresses of the city (with two Patinoire S of different sizes), of a Mur of climbing and of a track of Speed skating " Olympiaworld Innsbruck". The large skating rink was the thêatre Championnat of the world of hockey 2005, coorganized with Vienna.

Stage

The football stadium " Tivoli-Neu" is the enclosure where the team of FC Wacker Innsbruck domiciled; it is used for national and international matches, like for matches of American football and for concerts. It opened in September 2000, inaugurated by a match between FC the Tirol and the Rapid of Vienna, gained by the local team 1:0.

The stage will be used for the Championnat of Europe of football 2008.

It currently offers 17.400 places (upright and sitted) for the national meetings and 15.200 seats for the international meetings. For the Euro 2008, the southern platforms, is and western will be elevated to reach a capacity of 30.000 sitted places. After the competition, it is envisaged to lower these platforms to return to the current configuration. All the places are covered.

Until 2000, the predecessor of " Tivoli-Neu" was the stage " Tivoli-Alt" , which was destroyed to yield its place to residences.
