Titus Manlius Torquatus is a politician of the Roman République. Father of Aulus Manlius Torquatus Atticus (consul 244 and 241 av. J. - C.) and of Titus Manlius Torquatus (consul 235 and 224 av. J. - C.).

In 299 av. J. - C., it is Consul, with his colleague with the consulate Marcus Fulvius Paetinus, iil continues the seat of the town of Nequinum in Ombrie, started with the consul Quintus Appuleius Pansa.
