Titus Manlius Torquatus is a politician of the Roman République. Father of Aulus Manlius Torquatus Atticus (consul 244 and 241 av. J. - C.) and of Titus Manlius Torquatus (consul 235 and 224 av. J. - C.).
In 299 av. J. - C., it is Consul, with his colleague with the consulate Marcus Fulvius Paetinus, iil continues the seat of the town of Nequinum in Ombrie, started with the consul Quintus Appuleius Pansa. He dies before the end of his mandate, of a fall of horse, at the time of a campaign in Étrurie.
