The Tipp-Kick is a simulation of Football which is played two people, as from 6 years. The ground consists of a carpet of play, of two cages of goals, two mobile guards, two players of freely positionable zinc field and a two-tone balloon with twelve faces. In the majority of the cases, the surface of play is out of felt and has same dimensions as a true football field on scale 1: 100 (idem for the professional tournaments). With the difference of the Pin-table football, the footballers of Tipp-Kick move everywhere on the zone of play. When one presses the red button located on the head of the player, a mechanism moves the right leg, which starts the shooting. To make a success of its shootings, subtlety lies in the force of the pressure associated with the distance and the point with striking with the balloon. The leg of shooting can also very easily be modified by the player according to his preferences and of its technique of shooting. The goalkeeper is connected by a stem of iron to a plastic case. On pressure of the one of the two buttons, one can make it plunge on the right or on the left. The goal of the play is to mark the most goals possible in two half-times 5 minutes.

This play develops the coordination of the movements and requires a good vision of the play. Several approaches are possible, for smallest, Tipp-Kick will be a rather simple play of which the goal will be to put the balloon in the unfavourable cage, it will be ludic and completely interactive by the handling of the figurines. Largest a play of precision completely personnalisable and a means will see rather there of finding the emotions of a true football game at the house.

In Germany, the country of origin of Tipp-Kick, several tournaments is organized each year and there exists an official federation which gathers approximately 2000 professionals divided into 57 clubs. Indeed Tipp-Kick forms really part of the German culture. Invented in 1924 by Edwin Mieg, this play accompanied several generations by children. Remained unchanged since, the small zinc figurines preserve a rather traditional character which defies time, although the subject of the play (football) is completely of topicality.
