Timimoun is a city and a Oasis of the the Sahara in Algérie, in the area of the Gourara.
The town of Timimoun, built with the top of the oasis of the same name, is famous for the color of its red blood stone constructions. It belongs to the 3 cities built in the style neo-Sudanese.
