Tillabéri (area)

The area of Tillabéri is located at the North-West of the republic of the Niger. Limited to the south by the area of Dosso, to the North-East by the area of Tahoua and the Republic of the Mali, finally to the west by the Burkina Faso. It covers a surface of 97.251 km ² (either 7,7% of the country), populated of 1.889.515 hab, or 17,1% of the total population of the Niger, the density means of 19,43 to the km ².
