Serra is a city Brésil ienne of the State of the Espírito Santo (South-eastern Région). Its population was estimated at: 394370 inhabitants in 2006. The municipality extends on 553 km ².

Situation

The center of the município is built on the northern slope of Mestre Álvaro (which culminates with 833 meters), with a score of kilometers in the north of the town of Vitória. Some bairros (districts) of Sierra is suburbs of Vitória besides. Sierra also includes/understands Jacaraípe and its famous beach of the Surf ers, and Manguinhos, village of fishermen, become residential district. The município moreover is equipped with very accessible beaches.
