Tighten-di-Ferro is a common French, located in the department of the Corse-du-Sud and the Corsica area .
Geography
History
The commune of Tightened di Ferro was only made up at the XIXe century, towards the end of first half of the century. This creation aimed at giving an administration specific to a population occupying this territory within the framework of a primarily pastoral economy and secondarily of culture. Of this fact its population is made up in the beginning and today still of families or their children coming from various villages of the valley from Taravo, gathered according to the origin in the various hamlets which stud the communal territory.
