A ticket round the world tour (in English round-tea-world ticket or RTW ticket ) is a product making it possible to travel around the world for a relatively moderate sum. These tickets are proposed by alliances of airline companies like SkyTeam, Star Alliance and Oneworld.

The price depends on the class, of the starting point of the voyage, the number of kilometers traversed (generally between 20  000 and 40  000) and sometimes of the season. It currently (in 2006) lies between 900 euros (rather a turn of Asia) and 3000 euros.

These tickets are often subjected to restrictions:

• the beginning and the end of the voyage must generally be done in the same country
• the route must include/understand a transatlantic flight and transpacific a
• the number of stopovers generally lies between 5 and 15
• the outward journey returns between continents, in particular Europe and Asia, are limited
