The Tibouren is a Cépage typically of Provence.
The Romans imported it vineyards of Chaldée to cultivate it on the edges of the the Tiber and to impose it in Provincia Romana.
It makes it possible to obtain rosy wines clear, almost transparent, elegant, fruity and of an high degree of alcohol (from 13 to 15 degrees).
