Thunderdome is in the beginning enormous a Rave party centered Techno hardcore/Gabber organized by ID&T and which was held the October 3rd 1992 in Thialf-Stadium de Heerenveen with the Netherlands. Its enormous success generated many other Thunderdome turnips which followed one another insane pace (not less than 6 for the only year 1993) then rate decreased gradually and are from now on a single annual event. It gathered to 40.000 people, currently the figure stagnates around 20 to 30.000. The word indicates also the whole of the DJ which take part in it (inter alia DJ Delirium and members of the Dreamteam).

• February 14th, 1993: Thunderdome 2 (Frieslandhal, Leeuwarden)

Bus left 22 Dutch cities for Leeuwarden. More than 9000 people were with go for dances hard the mix of Dano, Gizmo, Buzz Fuzz, The Prophet and Weirdo.

• March 13rd, 1993: Thunderdome 3 (Statenhal, Den Haag)

Statenhal is one of the most beautiful places of Holland and posted complete this evening there. " Thundergods" from this nights were Gizmo, Buzz Fuzz, The Prophet, Dano, Weirdo, The Darkraver and DJ Rob.

• April 3rd, 1993: Thunderdome 4 (Thialf-Stadium, Heerenveen)

• May 8th, 1993: Final The Thunderdome (Martinihal, Groningen)

The octopus was placed right in the middle of the room, and monumental the soundsystem set up this evening there awoke any Groinigen. Dano, Gizmo, Buzz Fuzz, The Prophet, Weirdo, Pagan and The Fly was present. This Thunderdome was supposed to be the last, but following the requests from all Europe, ID&T decided to continue.

• October 9th, 1993: Thunderdome 6 (Martinihal, Groningen)

After 5 months of silence, Thunderdome take place again in Martinihal with Groningen. With enormous the line up of DJs, the places all were immediately sold after diffusion of the flyers. For the first time, ID&T decided to use the second room of Martinihal to diffuse music " Club" with DJs Pink, Eva, Steve COP, Stacy Pullen and Derrick May. The principal room was as with the practice dedicated to the hardcore with Weirdo & Pila, The Prophet, Tobias, The Darkraver, DJ Hell, Marn ix-B, Gizmo and Buzz Fuzz. Dano, Weirdo, Crushed and The Darkraver made last the evening until midday, even when safety put force outside the ravers.

• November 27th, 1993: Thunderdome '93 (Jaarbeurs, Utrecht)

This Thunderdome was without any doubt the largest turnip ever organized in Holland. It take place in the new whole " Prins van Oranje hall" of Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. 20.000 tickets were put on sale and ticketting posted complete two weeks with turnip. The ticket of entry was CD containing last pieces of artists ID&T.

Before the it beginning it evening, a " street parade" took place in the streets of Utrecht. Thousands of ravers ravelled behind the Thunder-truck on which Weirdo and The Darkraver was, completely blocking the traffic in the city. During the night, The Prophet, Gizmo, Buzz Fuzz, Weirdo, The Drakraver, Rob, Paul Elstak, Crushed, Joey BEltram, The Dreamteam, Simstim, Chosen Few, High Energy and Insider followed one another platinums. During the night, DJ Dano mixed into live from Germany by satellite connection because it also had an evening in Munich.

• April 16th, 1994: Thunderdome Zurich (Stadthalle Dietikon)

For the first time Thunderdome passes the border and settles in Switzerland. The athmosphère usual of Thunderdome was there with the mix of The Prophet, Buzz Fuzz, Weirdo and Simstim. But the Swiss ravers were not dépaysés because were also present best DJs of the country like T-Bass and DJ Wizzard. Thunderdome had then become an international event and ID&T of it was quite conscious.

It is not first Thunderdome in Switzerland but the 2nd first had taken place in 1993 in Alte Kaserne in Zurich for 24 hours not-stop of music. I remember presence of Carl Cox, Ilsa Gold, etc.

• July 11th, 1994: Thunderdome in Cologne (Kolner Sporthalle)

Thunderdome arrives to Germany, the country where was born the hardcore. The German and Dutch ravers were linked for the first time in the spectacular arena of Kolner Sporthalle. DJs German Made fun, Genlog, Hooligan and U.D.O mixed with dimensions accustomed Dutch Buzz Fuzz, The Prophet, Dano, Gizmo, Weirdo, Carly Lownoise & Mental and Theo & Pila. Plays of light and effects laser offered to German a spectacle as they had never seen some.

• 24,25 and 26 juins 1994: Thunderdome At Mysteryland

Maasvlakte, Rotterdam

The festival Mysteryland 1994 proceeded in Rotterdam. Six different surfaces with six style musical different shared of the 100.000 m ² festival. Ever seen in Europe. More than 60 DJs mixed during these 3 days of madness.

• May 13rd, 1995: Thunderdome Oberhausen (Revierpark Vanderort)

Following the success of Cologne, Thunderdome turns over to Germany in the town of Oberhausen. Immense light, sound and lasersystems transported the German and Dutch ravers in another dimension. Again, a line up international made up of Dano, Gizmo, Buzz Fuzz, The Prophet, Weirdo, Rob Gee, Lenny Dee, Lady Dana, Criminal and Franky Jones proved that Thunderdome was always best the turnips of the continent.

• August 26th, 1995: Thunderdome vs. Hellraiser (Sporthallen-Zuid Amsterdam)

The only turnips being able to claim to equalize Thunderdome was Hellraiser organized by ISP. The two Dutch giants of the hardcore linked their forces to not do one, but two simultaneous giant turnips in Sporthallen-Zuid of Amsterdam. The Thunderdome training course was composed of Gizmo, Weirdo, The Darkraver, The Prophet, Buzz Fuzz, Bass-D and King Matthew and the Hellraiser training course included/understood Dano, Rob, Ellis Dee, Darren Jay, Digger, Neophyte and Ultra Violence.
