Throats of Trusting

The throats of Trusting are a remarkable natural curiosity: a very narrow and deep throat which one can visit thanks to a suspended footbridge arranged since the beginning of the 20th century. This throat was cut by the powerful torrent of the Fier on the commune of Lovagny to a few 8 kilometers in the west of Annecy.

They are classified among greatest natural curiosities of the French Alps and are accessible to the public by a footbridge suspended with 27 meters above the torrent. Along the course, one can admire the " pots of géants" , the " large faille" , the " sea of the rochers" and the " rock with the fées".
