Threshold of recommendation and information
Level of concentration reached by certain atmospheric pollutants, regulated by a Order of the prefect relating to the atmospheric pollution and the points of pollution.
The Threshold of recommendation and information is described as " first level " of pollution, in opposition to the Threshold of alarm, (second level).
With observation of going beyond of this first level, AASQA have obligation lawful, to communicate the results and the conditions of going beyond of this threshold.
