Three-Spray
Three-Spray is the Ville of the regional Municipalité of county of the Basques, with the Quebec. It is located at the center of the administrative area of the Low-Saint-Laurent.
Situation
Three-spray is in the middle of the area of the Basques. One owes this name with the Basques (people of a joint area of Spain and France) which came to the island to the Basques at the 17th century. One finds besides with Three-Spray a museum reporting this history, that is to say the Park of the Basque adventure in America, located close to the municipal quay. History
The colonization of the seigniory of Three-Spray began in 1697 when Lord De Vitré yields the territory to Jean Rioux. This municipality was the place of turning of famous the Téléroman S the Heritage and Bouscotte of the writer Victor-Levy Beaulieu.Jean Rioux was one of the first to be established with Three-Spray, and by the fact even the first lord to be established there. He exchanged his grounds with the Île of Orleans, close to Quebec, against the Seigneurie of Three-Spray.

The mayor of the city east Jean-Pierre Rioux, elected by acclamation with the municipal elections of October 29th, 2005.
