Thouzon
Old commune of the Vaucluse, the commune of Thouzon was annexed in 1815 by the commune of the Thor.
The village sheltered the Château of Thouzon.
The village is famous for its cave, discovered on January 23rd, 1902, by workmen taking part in the extraction of the limestone of the old pilot hillock (cretaceous). The cavity, old underground bed of a drowned river, contains many concretions.
