Thorillière
François the Black , known as Thorillière , is a actor French born in 1626 and died in Paris the July 27th 1680.
After a career of captain to the Regiment of Lorraine, he marries in 1658 Marie Petitjean, niece of the actor Rocque. He will belong to the troop of the Théâtre of the Marsh of 1659 with 1661, then of that of Molière, before entering to the Hôtel of Burgundy to died of Molière.
The December 2nd 1667, it makes give to the Théâtre of the Palais Royal a part of its composition, Cléopâtre , which will know ten representations.
His/her Charlotte daughter marries the actor Michel Baron in 1675, while her daughter Marie-Therese wife, in 1680, the Dramaturge Florent Carton, known as Dancourt. His/her son Pierre (1659-1731), known as also Thorillière, will be member of the Comédie-Française.
