Biography
Thomas C. Römer was born in 1955. License in theology of Heidelberg in 1980, doctorate in theology of Geneva in 1988.He is professor of Old Testament to the Faculty of theology and sciences of the religions of the University of Lausanne, as at the French Institute of biblical sciences (IRSB) which is attached to him. He was named professor with the Collège de France in 2007.
