Thomas Mr. Disch (February 2nd 1940 with Of the Monks, the Iowa -) is a American writer of Science-fiction. He is known to be one of the authors of the new wave of the science fiction.

Biography

After having followed a Catholic teaching of which the weather will be later during the criticism in some of its works, Thomas Mr. Disch leaves the Iowa for Mineapolis in 1953.

At the end of its studies in 1957, it multiplies the odd jobs and starts to write its first news. Those are published as from the years 1960 in magazines. The writing consequently will become its principal activity. Even if the majority of its news develop topics of Science-fiction, Thomas Mr. Disch also writes literary criticisms, parts, and poems. The latter are characterized in particular by their Ironie and them Humor which will become the principal characteristics of the author.

Thomas Mr. Disch also created the price Philip K. Dick in homage to this author.
