Thomas Luckmann

Thomas Luckmann , born the October 14th 1927 with Jesenice (Slovenia), was professor of Sociologie to the Université of Constancy in Germany. Since 1994, he is professor emeritus.

He is known for the book the social construction of reality (title original: to see below, 1966, with Peter L. Shepherd) like for Structures of Life-World (original title: to see below, 1982, with Alfred Schütz).
