Thomas Cheer-Refined is a French gastronomical critic, journalist of written press, radio and of television.

Writing in the magazine " The Review of the Wine of France" and in the magazine " It " , he is also the author, with Jean-Pierre Coffe, of three works on the wine published with the Plon editions.
