The Third Government of New Caledonia since the Agreements of Noumea, or second government Frogier , was elected the November 28th 2002 by the Congrès following the resignation of the preceding government the November 13rd because of the defection of the members of CPU. The government met for the first time the December 3rd 2002, meeting during which the sectors of competence were allotted. It is composed of 10 members (either 1 less compared to the preceding government).
