Thinte

The Thinte is small a French Rivière which runs in the department of the Meuse. It is an affluent of the Loison out of left bank, therefore a tributary of a tributary of the Meuse by Loison, then the Chiers.

Geography

Thinte is born on the territory from the commune of Azannes-and-Soumazannes. Shortly after its birth, it is directed towards the west towards a distance of three kilometers, then carries out an elbow towards north and thus adopts an orientation south-north which it maintains throughout the remainder of its course of almost 17 kilometers. It joins the Loison out of left bank, with Vittarville.

Hydrology

Thinte is a river resulting from the Côtes of Meuse, area extremely well sprinkled of Lorraine.
