Comments

One will recognize in the subject of the series a marking down, hardly veiled, of Robin of Wood. The series was parodied in a Sketch in black and white of the Inconnus entitled Thierry France .

If the landscape of the series is well a landscape of the Sologne, Janville is a commune of Beauce.

This series profited from the presence of Jean-Claude Drouot as main actor, very charismatic, and also of a suitable musical topic playing of horn S, and of a rate/rhythm evoking the gallop of a Cheval. The words of the principal song were also very quite selected, though a little martial.
