Thierry Zéno

Thierry Zéno is a Belgian Cinéaste born the April 22nd 1950 with Namur.

After having carried out a short-measuring on a patient of a Namurian psychiatric hospital which practices rough art, it turns in 1974, a monument of the Belgian Cinéma influenced by Félicien Rops and adulated by Henri Michaux: Vase of weddings . For the ones, a long metaphysical, attractive poem and, for the others, a feeling reluctant work. In 1981, it writes and realizes with Jean-Paul Ferbus and Dominique Garny the documentary one: Of dead the .

Since, it continues in parallel a work of documentarist ethnologist and an approach of film on the Art.

It opened a section " vidéo" with and the visual art Art school of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean where he initially was professor, then, currently, director. As a director, it deals primarily of administration, logistics and safety.
