Thierry Steiner

Thierry Steiner is a Journaliste and French radio presenter born on September 30th, 1969.

It began like organizer on Radio Crystal, a free radio of Évreux (27), in 1984, then to 95.2 - KIS FM in 1987 like Journaliste, in France Inter like Chroniqueur, before joining Europe 2 in 1991. On this antenna, during 10 years, he was successively journalist, organizer and editor association.

He presented morning Europe 2 between 95 and 97, he also Co-animated the emission Vas-y me I come from there with Geraldine Carré and produces a news weekly magazine which he presented in duet with the actor Richard Bohringer.

Appointed editor association in 1996, it sets up many chronicles (Square VIP, Ecran Blue, Global Village, Set Up E2 Play, Aventure, Univers E2…) and, as well on the national antenna as on the local antennas, the place of the report reinforces. It founds on the antenna of the special days devoted to topics of topicality. It carries out itself of the reports in Vietnam and in Iraq in 1998 for these special days.

With the re-entry of September 2000, Europe 2 starts a turn with the arrival of Sebastien Cauet at the position of director of antenna. Thierry Steiner leaves the station.

On Europe 1, it presented during one year the daily chronicle Aujourd'hui in France (6h55).

He was also operations manager with the Vietnam for Europe Development in 1994.

After its departure of Europe 2 in September 2000, it left to live with the the United States and directed during 5 years, with New York, a consultancy at the european companies.

Of return in France, it joined in October 2006 the drafting of France Inter where it found the former owner of the pole FM of Lagardere, Frederic Schlesinger, today director of the public station. It ensures the replacements of Nicolas Demorand the presentation of morning, the " 7/10" , of Stephan Paoli for the " 7/9 of the week end" , of Vincent Jose for " Critique" spirit; , of Alain Bedouet to the direction of the " Telephone Sonne" and of Jean Marc Furnace for the emission " And yet it tourne". It in addition presents regularly the newspapers of France Inter. It also produced during the summer the 2007 chronicle " France Inter 2.0" each Saturday (8h20) devoted to new technologies.
