Thierry Robin , Scenario writer, Draftsman and Colourist of Cartoon, was born in 1958 with Damery in the Marne in France.

It integrates as of 16 years the school of Beautiful arts of Rheims, where it specializes in the Cartoon.

It completes some work for reviews like Triolo or Mikado , or of the illustration S for the Publicité. Besides its work for La Poste will give rise to the Petit Father Christmas , in collaboration with Lewis Trondheim, which divides its workshop. It founds in 1995 the Atelier Entropy with Stephan Servain, Pierre-Yves Gabrion and Bertrand Antigny.

It draws its inspiration as of its many voyages (in China, with the Japan, in India, with Brussels…), but also of the Silent film German (in particular Fritz Lang, to which it will pay homage in volume 4 of Koblenz ), or of the Art nouveau Belgian, which it finds much richer more diversified and more end. It is besides its two years stay to Brussels which will be the release of the series Koblenz .

Its work is a diving in the subsoils of the human heart and a permanent confrontation between Réalité and Illusion. It is a key with very which leaves to the adventure on subjects that it controls only after one long work of documentation. When it is interested in a country it is interested in its history but also in its Tradition S and its Mythologie.
