Thierry Marx

Thierry Marx is a Cuisinier French.

Biography

Born with Paris in 1962, it grows in the district of Ménilmontant where it dreams to become Boulanger while trailing in front of the Boulangerie Ganachaud. It enters to the Compagnons of the Duty in 1978, it obtains there the CAPE of Pastrycook, Chocolatier and Glacier. It is blue helmet in 1980 during the black period of the Lebanon but it discovers all the other spiced colors there.

Of return to the country, it is made at Ledoyen, Taillevent and Robuchon. Noticed in its brigade, it finds Chief cook of Regency Hôtel of Sydney. Then first star with the Michelin with the Rock in Valley of Turns, ventures with the white Horse of Nimes. The escape with Singapore, HongKong, Tokyo.

Chief with the relay and Cordeillan-Bages castle with Pauillac since 1996, it obtains his second star in Michelin in 2000. He is elected in 2006 by the Gault and Millau chief of the year.

He is follower of the molecular Cuisine and likes revisister the culinary traditions.
